This locally focused program with Encounter Sports offers gameplay in a structured league with a focus on fun and skill-building within a competitive environment.
Experienced, trained coaches focused on player development.
Local competitions include league play with playoffs, as well as a local tournament.
A balance between skill-building and competitive play with the community feel of a local league.
12-player teams.
Teams will be formed through a tryout process to be competitive within the following age groups:
13U Girls (2012, 2013), 13U Boys (2012, 2013), 15U Girls (2010, 2011), 15U Boys (2010, 2011).
Teams will be centered around skill development and competitive team play.
Each team will receive approximately 1-2 practice slots (60-90 minutes each) per week and 10 total league games (including playoffs).
Each team will participate in at least one local tournament during the season of play (in addition to the league playoffs).
Regular leadership and team-building workshops help players grow in confidence, humility, and sportsmanship.
As the opportunity arises, team fun events will be available at the coach’s discretion.
There may be the option for a year-end retreat to celebrate the season, reflect on personal and team growth, and build community with teammates. There would be an extra cost for players who wish to attend.
